About the Role
Take charge of growing supplier and retailer channels, ensuring seamless communication and account management. Reporting into the General Manager, you will lead a team, whilst collaborating closely with Production and Sales Manager to drive continuous improvements in supplier partnerships. This role is pivotal in business development and maintaining strong, ongoing partnerships.
Drive business growth, expanding across retail channels whilst also managing key supplier and retailer relationships.
Oversee order management and product status updates.
Lead and mentor junior staff.
Collaborate with Production and Sales Managers.
Drive improvements in supplier management processes.
Skills & Experience
5+ years in a Business Development, Sales or Senior Account Manager role, focused on supplier/retailer relationships.
Strong network and contacts within the retail sector (health & beauty- highly advantageous)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work under pressure.
Excellent ability to drive business growth and retail channels
