About the Role
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional seeking a step up, supported by a hands-on management team. As the Supply Chain Specialist / Manager, you will lead both strategic and operational efforts in optimising supply chain operations, reporting to the senior executive team. Your role will cover inventory management, logistics, and supplier engagement to drive both local and international supply chain success.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies.
Manage logistics to ensure inventory levels meet demand
Collaborate with warehousing and logistics teams for streamlined operations
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Drive initiatives for sustainability and cost-effectiveness
Skills & Experience
4+ years’ experience in supply chain role (eCommerce/retail focus preferred).
A supply chain candidate that is looking to take that next step up with the support / training of senior management
Strong knowledge of warehousing, global logistics, 3PL, and inventory systems.
Experience managing supply chains across NZ, China, Japan and USA (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (advanced degree preferred).
