For talent looking for work: such information can include your name, contact details, skills, accreditation(s), employment objectives, salary expectations, other documentation you provide in the form of a CV and folio, technical or assessment tasks, performance reviews, references and sensitive information (such as medical history or criminal background checks if relevant) if you are considered for an employment position.

The use of this personal information we collect and hold is for client relationship management, to perform our recruitment services and to ensure tailored direct marketing services.

Your personal information will collected when you subscribe to our services, complete our registration forms, submit your application via a third party job board site, liaise via the phone, face-to-face, email or social media and provide any other documentation.

Further documentation may be required to perform our recruitment services. we may request copies of your passport, driver’s license, visa documentation, citizen certification, tax file number, relevant bank and superannuation details necessary to facilitate the payment of wages (if you have been placed in a position via Create Careers Pty Ltd).

For clients: the type of information we collect and hold includes the hiring managers contact details; names, position, phone numbers and email addresses. We also collect organisational details such as services provided, technologies used, organisational structures, recruiting requirements and other documentation you provide.

The use of this personal information we collect and hold is for client relationship management, to perform our recruitment services and to ensure tailored direct marketing services. Personal information about you may be collected when you provide it to us for business related purposes. Your personal information will be collected when you subscribe to our services, complete our registration forms, liaise via the phone, face-to-face, email, social media and also via any other documentation you provide.

For Referrals and Referees: the type of information that we collect and hold is your contact details; name, position, phone numbers, organisation employed and email address.

Referrals: If you have been referred to us it is because you are deemed to be suitable talent for an opening or upcoming vacancy or a potential client for Create Careers Pty Ltd.

Referees are provided by talent looking for work and the information collated is used to determine suitability for position(s) and is a necessary process for Create Careers to perform their recruitment consulting services on behalf of their client. Such information includes confirmation of talent looking for work’s current or previous employment, work performance appraisals and reviews, skill-setS, interpersonal skills and reason(s) for leaving role(s).

Please note that we also welcome phone conversations if for whatever reason there are reservations about corresponding via the Internet.

For all the above, when we collect your personal information, we check that it is current, complete, relevant and accurate via the use of third parties or publicly available sources such as social media sites, directories and the Internet. The same applies when we are updating our record systems. Please note that when we collect personal information from third parties or publicly available sources we will manage the information in accordance with this privacy policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.

 

HOW WE HOLD YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We record and hold your personal information in a combination of secure databases and paper-based files in secure premises. Our databases are secure and restricted only to staff via the use of individual log-in credentials. Whilst paper-based files are stored in a lockable filing system.

Please note that we de-identify or destroy your personal information when it is no longer needed.
