About the Role

As the Digital Designer, you will lead the design of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. You will work across all their digital creative / design for property project campaigns and for their own in-house branding. This is the perfect opportunity if you are interested in diversifying your skill-set across wider marketing. You will not only be across all design aspects, you will be able to manage marketing communications, eDMs, social media, media budgets, property portal listings, and CRM-driven communications to promote high-end residential developments.

  • Lead the design across all integrated marketing campaigns to drive property sales

  • Oversee property portal listings and ad placements

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce/Klaviyo

  • Social media strategy and execution

  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better results

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in digital design (eDMs, social media assets, web)

  • Genuine interest to learn / be across digital marketing campaigns including social media, CRM, eDMs (end-to-end) and marketing automation working within the property sector

  • Highly proficient using Adobe Creative Suite

  • Very strong creative eye!

  • Strong organisational, attention to detail and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in email marketing and social media marketing (highly desirable)

  • Strong analytical skills to track and optimise campaign performance (highly desirable)
