About the Role
As a Retail Manager, you will lead the launch of our client’s first physical store, creating an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the brand’s dedication to customer service. You will drive sales, manage visual merchandising, and foster a customer-first culture while mentoring and developing your team. This role offers significant career growth, including the opportunity to advance to Area Manager as the store network expands.
Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Create visually appealing, product-focused displays to drive sales.
Manage store operations, including sales optimisation and expense control.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team.
Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience both online and in-store.
Skills & Experience
4+ years of retail management experience.
Strong background in visual merchandising, particularly in home living products.
Proven leadership skills in building and developing retail teams.
Excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
Strong organisational skills and commitment to sustainability.
