About the Role
As a Senior Account Director, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional brand and shopper marketing experiences. Reporting to the executive team, you’ll oversee key accounts, drive strategic direction, and nurture client relationships to ensure campaign success.
Managing and growing key accounts profitably with a focus on strategic partnerships.
Leading the creation of impactful, integrated campaigns across multiple disciplines.
Guiding the team to deliver high-quality creative solutions that exceed client expectations.
Developing new business opportunities and contributing to the agency’s revenue growth.
Mentoring and developing team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Skills & Experience
8+ years of relevant experience in brand experience, PR, or marketing, with a proven track record of winning and growing client business.
Expertise in managing significant client relationships and executing large-scale campaigns.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on team development.
In-depth knowledge of brand experience strategies, campaign planning, and execution.
Financial acumen to manage account profitability and contribute to the agency's success.
A tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
